This website is operated by SNOWFREAKS (snowfreaks.us). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SNOWFREAKS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products

SNOWFREAKS sells Peak Freaks™ printed ski masks (balaclavas). Product photos are representative; minor variation in colour, print placement and finish is normal and is not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, where fraud is suspected, or where an order appears to be for resale.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and refunds

Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us at voypalanba@gmail.com before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed with our payment provider using order records, proof of shipment and carrier tracking.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNOWFREAKS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
